Refunds
Axleno LLC builds several products, and each one sets its own refund policy. That policy is published on the product's own website and shown where you buy it. This page doesn't grant refunds on its own; it points you to the policy that applies to your purchase.

If a product isn't listed here, its website or checkout page has the terms that apply.
App stores
If you bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play, the store handled the payment, so refunds go through that store under its rules. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Client work
Refunds for development, AI integration or research projects follow the agreement signed for that project.
